Based in Brooklyn, NY and Birmingham, AL, Erin is a professional chef and food stylist. Her formal education started at The French Culinary Institute and as a line cook on the opening team at Maialino restaurant in New York City.
With a passion for perfect ingredients and a precise hand at the stove, Erin has worked as a chef, food stylist and recipe developer since 2009. She has had the privilege to work with clients in editorial, cookbooks, advertising and television and has styled, developed and tested recipes in the kitchens of the Time Inc Food Studios, Southern Living Magazine, Saveur and Tasting Table.
